1. On being awarded contract for the annual maintenance contract of the
filtration machine we will mobilize our resources as stipulated by the
contract.
2. Periodic visit will be made as stipulated quarterly or half yearly and
breakdown calls will be attended in 48-72 hours time .
3. The major activities carried out during the visit will be Machine
checkup/Fault rectification/Comprehensive service report with requisite
suggestions .
4. During visits required test will be done to understand machine performance
and based on the input necessary change will be effected.
5. Service report will be generated which will highlight the present machine
condition and the activities carried out during the service .
6. The service report will consist of details of the :
a. Nature of problem
b. Rectification
c. Material replaced from customer stock .
d. Material required to be replaced
e. Remarks on the present machine condition
f. Electrical component condition .
g. Mechanical component condition .
VALUE ADDED SERVICES - OIL CONDITION MONITORING
The oil sample can be collected during annual maintenance contract of filtration machine .
Primary physio-chemical test (4 parameters) will be carried out for each sample . In case of any alarms from primary tests secondary tests will be performed at extra cost .The oil test will be done as per requirement . Test reports will be sent in the soft format .

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR FILTRATION MACHINE
1. The spares and consumables are available at central stores at Kolkata/site office from where delivery can be done in short time .
2. The essential spares and consumable can be a part of open order/comprehensive order placed on COMES .
3. Periodic replacement of the essential spares and consumables will be performed as defined by the scope of the contract without
the need of regular order /indent generation for spares and consumables.
4. Extra spare and consumable consumed during annual maintenance contract will be billed extra.
